Waitsfield, Warren, Route 100

Rt 303 / Orange Reservoir

Sunday's color on the shores of Orange Reservoir and along Route 302 spectacular. Burning reds dominated the hillsides. Reservoir Road (Brook Road) a wonderful drive for viewing.

Worcester especially to Elmore

RT. 12 into Lamoille county - Excellent reds, yellows mixed in still with a lot of green for sharp contrasts. Backroads might even be better recommend Minster Brook Rd. to West Hill back around toward Shady Rill Middlesex - killer color! Also Worceste  Roger Hill

Rt. 12 N from Montpelier

The colors along Rt. 12 between Montpelier and Worcester are stellar. Nice bright oranges and reds mixed with green.

Route 302-Berlin

Route 2 west of Marshfield

Lord's Hill and Kettle Mt. rise above the Winooski River and are showing orange splashes with some red. Good contrast with the conifer forest patches. Particularly vibrant in late afternoon and early evening. For a real treat, watch the early morning mis  Tracey - Marshfield Inn
